Goals
THE INSTITUTE GOALS ARE TO:
- Create an information network among proof-of-concept center managers.
- Convene regional workshops to discuss and exchange best practices.
- Establish PoC topic forums, newsletters, and video conferences.
- Distribute PoC work documents, event notices and news.
- Indentify and provide links to articles and papers related to PoC management issues.
- Assist transfer of PoC best practices to PoC managers.
- Serve as experts to corporate management,
government and university officials wanting to increase their
technical community creativity, innovation development and commercialization.
